  • Periodic Maintenance: Every 4–6 months, check the screws and bolts. Office chairs experience constant vibration and movement, which can naturally loosen connectors over time.

2. Proper Usage & Stability

  • Single Occupant Only: The chair is designed for one person at a time.
  • Weight Capacity: While specific industrial limits vary, standard ergonomic chairs of this class typically support up to 120kg (approx. 265 lbs). Avoid overloading the chair beyond its intended capacity.
  • Flat Surfaces: Only use the chair on level, flat flooring. Using it on an uneven surface increases the risk of tipping.
