Returns & Exchange Policy
At SAAB Pakistan, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned during transit. Here is how we handle returns and exchanges:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. We offer a Return and Exchange policy under the following conditions:
- Notification: You must contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item.
- Evidence: Please provide photos or a short video of the damage to help us speed up the process.
- Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for an exchange or a return of the item.
2. "Change of Mind" Policy
We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions of every product. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if:
- The item received matches the description and order details but you no longer want it.
- You find the color or style different than expected (please note that screen brightness and settings can slightly alter how colors appear).
- The item was ordered correctly but does not suit your personal preference.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your item is damaged, please reach out to our support team at [Your Email Address] with your order number and photos of the product.
Note: Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns initiated after the 7-working-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for an exchange.
